8U + 9U Pitching Clinic
Do you have an 8yr or 9yr old player that would like to learn to pitch or improve their pitching form? Join the Keystone Nationals at their new indoor facility for a 4 week (4 session total) youth instructional pitching clinic!

Where: Keystone Nationals Facility at 5269 SIMPSON FERRY ROAD, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17050.
When: 2p to 3p on Sundays February 27, March 6, March 13, March 20
Cost: $75 dollars per player. Please mail a check to 15 Foxwood Blvd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 with the check payable to Keystone Nationals.
The program will be conducted by Coach Vince Leone of the 10u Nationals who has demonstrated success in instructing and developing youth pitchers in the area. Additional staff will be on hand to facilitate the instructional program.
In this 4 session progressive instructional format your pitcher will learn and demonstrate the following:
Each day will wrap up with a fun game relevant to the pitching lessons learned! We hope to see you soon!

- Basic Pitcher stretch routine and throwing warm up (if you already own a "J-Band" stretch aid, please bring along!)
- Approach, Composure and Cadence Control
- Fundamental Pitching Form Mechanics
- Fundamental Pitching Grips
- Pitching a bull pen session (week 4 Gameday!)
